PILOT PAY
  • Starting First Officer pay:  $38.36/flight hour (MARCH 2020)
  • Starting Captain pay:  $70.81/flight hour (MARCH 2020)
  • Per Diem:  $1.90
  • Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month (most pilots fly an average of 83 hours per month)
  • Cancellation pay: 100%
BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
$85,000 FIRST OFFICER NEW HIRE BONUS
All new hire First Officers are eligible for a $85,000 New Hire bonus
  • $60,00 paid over year one
  • $15,000 bonus paid over year two
  • $10,000 bonus paid over year three. 
First Officers who meet the Air Carrier Experience Match and CL-65 bonus requirements detailed below will receive an additional $15,000, for a total of $100,000 in new hire bonuses. 

$10,000 CL-65 TYPE RATING BONUS
First Officers with a CL-65 type rating can earn an additional $10,000 bonus.

ADDITIONAL $5,000 AIR CARRIER EXPER​IENCE MATCH BONUS 
Along with receiving an additional $5,000 on top of the first year First Officer bonus; eligible pilots will also:
  • Receive an experience match up to 10 years, within the last 10 years for any qualified air carrier. Pilots who have experience from multiple carriers may include time served from multiple carriers up to 10 years. 

  • Earn up to 6 months early seniority (Come to one day of Indoc training, receive a seniority number, and then be placed on personal leave for a maximum of 180 days)

  • Carryover longevity from another carrier at a rate of 1:1 (for example, a pilot with two years of longevity at another carrier would start at GoJet with two years of longevity)

$10,000 PER PILOT REFERRAL BONUS
We know that great pilots know other great pilots.  That's why we pay GoJet pilots a $10,000 bonus for each successful pilot candidate they refer to the company.  And there's no cap on referrals, which means that pilots have the opportunity to earn a lot of extra cash.

FIRST OFFICER HIRING REQUIREMENTS
  • ATP or Commercial Multi-Engine Land Pilot's License
  • Current First Class Medical
  • FCC Radio Operator's Permit 
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Valid Passport 
  • Meet ATP or R-ATP minimums for Total Time AND the following: 
  • 100 hours night
  • 75 hours instrument
  • 200 hours cross country​
  • 25 hours multi-engine

  • All manuals and charts are issued electronically
