This program allows experienced First Officers to join with a clear path to the left seat! This program is ideal for First Officers at other regionals who are close to meeting Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times.

Wingman Program
First Officers with qualifying time can join GoJet Airlines with Captain upgrade guaranteed within their first year! Join as a First Officer eligible to receive Captain incentives while time building in the right seat.

Pilots under this program will need to build at most 250 hours of time

LONGEVITY MATCH PROGRAM
Carryover up to 18 years of longevity from another carrier at a rate of 1:1 (for example, a pilot with four years of experience at another carrier would start at GoJet with four years of longevity)
EARLY SENIORITY PROGRAM
Earn up to 6 months of Seniority! New-Hire Near Entry Captains can accrue up to 180 days of seniority with GoJet Airlines. Complete Day 1 of Indoctrination to reserve your seniority and go on leave for up to 6 months.
