I was drawn to GoJet Airlines because of the people. I attended a job fair and met some amazing recruiters… When I spoke with them, I felt that GoJet was definitely the path I wanted to follow. It’s a great group of people, and it hasn’t disappointed. Here at GoJet, we have a real community that supports each other, with an open-door policy where everyone is open to teaching and learning from one another.

I felt very supported throughout the entire application process and leading up to training. I was well-prepared, thanks to the study materials provided before day one, and the help I received from the recruiting team was incredibly valuable.

To me, GoJet really exemplifies what I was looking for in an airline: plenty of flying, a personal atmosphere, and a strong sense of kinship among coworkers. Because it’s a smaller carrier, you really get to know everyone.
